If we want to raise the level of consciousness on the planet, we will not achieve it by individual therapy, coaching or seminars. We need to reach out to as many people as possible and businesses touch the lives of almost everyone. So if we transform the way we do business, we can transform the lives of many people.
In order to transform organizations, we need to create safe spaces and environments for pioneers, where it is allowed to make mistakes, to show yourself fully, to be courageous and to move beyond social conditions and norms. These pioneers can develop new mindsets, practices and competencies that can then be multiplied through their teams and eventually the whole organization.
