Learning today is like being force-fed food that you didn't order, by a person who doesn't know you.

I have developed my own model called the ITP (Interests, To-dos, Pains) to get to the heart of the individual in my training courses, because training needs to be more personalised, like modern marketing.

Through a thorough consulting process and questionnaire to attendees, my aim is to make the training course fit exactly to what the attendees care about (their Interests, not just at work, but in life), what they need to do after the training course (how what they will learn will impact their To-dos) and what frustrates them about the topic today (it could be that they cannot do something themselves, or get annoyed and feel the Pain when others don't do it well).

Using this knowledge, I will design a bespoke course that fits the individuals. Instead of dumping content on them, I will tell stories they are interested in and guide them through activities, experiences, role-plays, live feedback and many more so that they can learn and develop new behaviours in the room, giving them the best chance for success when they get back to work.

I cover many soft skill topics including communication, change management, time & productivity, diversity & inclusion and creativity & problem solving. You can combine any topic together.

I am also a trained facilitator and coach with many years experience of a large corporate company and I would love to help you and your people develop.

All training courses can mix topics together, with any length of time you need (for example, you might want 3 hours on Listening, 2 hours on Collaboration and 1.5 hours on Time & Productivity... and that's fine!)

Coaching

Any of the topics I train in, I can also coach you in!

We would have an initial Chemistry Call together, in which we explore your aims and expectations, and determine if the relationship would work for us both.

Then I would send you a coaching questionnaire to dive into who you are in more depth, which would be used as a basis throughout our coaching experience. We can then cover a variety of different methods and techniques, such as:
How you experience your work today and the particular skills you would like to develop
Mapping out your goals and expectations
Holding up the mirror to you
Re-framing your needs
Practising your new skills - creating habits and experimenting in your everyday
Helping you help yourself
Fostering your growth mindset

Arbeitsweise

Before you commit to anything, I will have as many conversations as you need to make sure the relationship will work for you. I will scope out ideas for you based on our conversation. Everything is free before booking.

I will also commit to one day of observation for free for any 8+ hour course booked. And will submit as many amendments to the plan as you require.
